I appreciate you giving me your trust and more importantly your time. Over the past decade within the Health & Fitness Industry and with over 4000hrs in 1 on 1 sessions I've been successful in touching many different lives through Health & Fitness to become the best versions of themselves.
I pride myself on being emotionally intelligent with the Personal side of fitness and as well as having two certifications to justify the science behind my training.
-In 50-60mins we will go over your Goals, wants and needs in addition to your Health & Workout History.
-Then we can begin your measurements e.g. Body Weight, Body Fat, Body Circumference & Metabolic Rate.
-We will then start with your Movement Screen and Physical Assessment.
-I'll end the hour with giving you my best Program Recommendation based on your personal results and interest.
